December 1954, the first Chateraise was opened in the foothills of Mt. Fuji. Today, the brand has expanded to over 560 shops across Japan and 95 shops around the world: Dubai being the 15th shop, opening first time in the Middle East region. Chateraise Patisserie is unique in featuring a wide variety of cakes, pastries, sweets from Japan.

Chateraise Patisserie in the Middle East is a collaboration between INDEX Trading & Investment (ITI), a member of INDEX Holding, and ksn Corporation. His Excellency Sami Al Qamzi, Director General of the Department of Economic Development (DED) in Dubai, inaugurated in 2016 the first Châteraisé Patisserie store in Dubai, UAE at Mirdif35 Mall. In 2020 we launched premium brand “Yatsudoki Châteraisé” flagship shop at Mall of Emirates in Dubai.

YOKU MOKU began as the dream of a young confectioner who had the passion to provide delicious sweets to his community. In 1932, at the young age of only 14 years old, NORIICHI FUJINAWA, the founder of YOKU MOKU, moved to Tokyo and began working with a local confectioner where his experience inspired him to develop a desire for mastering this craft. Ultimately, this led to a lifelong journey of providing the highest quality sweets around the world. The name, YOKU MOKU, which was inspired from the name of a small town in Sweden surrounded by forests and lakes named JOKK MOKK, represents the picturesque setting of families warmly welcoming travelers into their colorful homes. The spirit of YOKU MOKU lies within these families gathering with their guests to share their love for sweet edibles together in peaceful harmony. Today, there are over 100 YOKU MOKU stores around the world keeping the tradition of spreading smiles during their first bite of sweets.

Cross Reach Inc. specializes in the export and distribution of Japanese food products, including matcha, confectioneries, and various Japanese-made branded goods. The collaboration between INDEX Trading & Investment and Cross Reach from Japan provides UAE residences more access to high quality Japanese tea, cakes, confectionaries, other frozen goods, and brands.

Special needs E-Gate in collaboration with MiTAC: Custom designed according to the specifications of Dubai Immigration & Dubai Airports. Successfully installed in Terminal 3 of Dubai Airport this electronic gate is designed as per the International standards by our partner MiTAC from Taiwan. MiTAC Holdings Group has been developing into a multinational organization of JDM / ODM / OEM / OPM (Original Product Manufacture), design and R&D, manufacturing, testing, assembling, marketing, and servicing in around four decades. With headquarters in Taiwan and manufacturing and logistics centers at Guangdong and Jiangsu Province of China, Hsinchu Taiwan and California US, it is now selling products all over the world with leading brands including Mio, Magellan, and Navman (for auto electronics) and TYAN (for servers).

IT Solution – Fast Track Land Border Project in collaboration with MiTAC: One of a kind solution custom designed with Immigration cross border team and provide region’s fast track Electronic border. Hatta Border crossing is one of the land borders providing gateway between Dubai and Oman. In order to provide fast immigration services and speed up the immigration inspection process, under the guidance of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in the year 2011 the project concept was Inaugurated at the Dubai Gitex Venue. The e-Border project was conceptualised by the help of Immigration and INDEX-MiTAC Team. In 2015, the Aaber system was completed and in operational.
